At Adey Health Care, our Residential Support Services (RSS) provide individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment in a three-person group residence. Our approach is grounded in person-centered care, where each individual receives consistent support tailored to their unique needs and daily routines.
Trained Direct Support Professionals are present and awake in the home at all times when individuals are present. Our staff work on a carefully scheduled rotation to ensure consistent, high-quality care and oversight, including at least one complete shift change per day.
Help with daily activities such as grooming, bathing, dressing, eating, and hygiene.
Assistance with meal planning, preparation, and cooking tailored to dietary needs.
Securing and providing transportation for appointments, activities, and errands.
Help with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized living space.
Assistance with walking, transferring, or other mobility needs.
Supporting and reinforcing therapy-related activities as guided by professionals.
Assistance with medication management and delegated nursing tasks under RN supervision.
Ongoing oversight to ensure safety, security, and emotional well-being.
Encouraging participation in community activities, social engagement, and the development of meaningful relationships and valued roles.
