Residential Supports in the Group Home Setting

At Adey Health Care, our Residential Support Services (RSS) provide individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities a safe, structured, and nurturing home environment in a three-person group residence. Our approach is grounded in person-centered care, where each individual receives consistent support tailored to their unique needs and daily routines.

Trained Direct Support Professionals are present and awake in the home at all times when individuals are present. Our staff work on a carefully scheduled rotation to ensure consistent, high-quality care and oversight, including at least one complete shift change per day.
